Boracay has a tropical climate, with an average temperate around 30°C (88°Fahrenheit) and humidity of 75%. The year is divided into two distinct seasons. The rainy season which begins around June and ends late October and the dry season which runs from November to May.
Boracay is very hot during March. The APOC 2018 Conference attire is resort wear (light and cool clothing).

The standard voltage and frequency in the Philippines are 220 V and 60 Hz respectively. Power sockets used in Manila are of type A, B and C.
The official language of the Congress is English. All presentations will be made in English and simultaneous translation will not be provided.
Philippines Time (PHT) is 8 hours ahead of GMT. The country is on one time zone only.
